These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gassem.shop and any purchase you make from it. “GASSEM”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website. “You” refers to the person browsing the site or placing an order.
By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery policy and Refund and Returns Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or place an order.
2. Eligibility And Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to view this website or place an order. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are legally permitted to purchase and receive our products at your delivery address.
We may, at our sole discretion, request proof of age at any point before or after an order is placed, and we may cancel any order where age or identity cannot be reasonably verified. Products are sold for delivery to the shipping destinations listed at checkout only.
3. Intended Use Of Our Products
GASSEM sells food-grade nitrous oxide (N2O) cream chargers and cylinders, together with related culinary accessories. These products are sold exclusively for lawful culinary and food-preparation purposes — for use in whipped cream dispensers and comparable professional or domestic kitchen equipment, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
It is illegal and dangerous to inhale nitrous oxide. We do not condone, and expressly prohibit, any misuse of our products, including inhalation or any other use not intended by the manufacturer. Misuse may cause serious injury, hypoxia, permanent harm or death. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are purchasing our products solely for their intended culinary purpose and that you will not use, resell or distribute them for any other purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to decline service to any customer, where we believe in good faith that our products may be misused or that a purchase may violate any applicable law.
4. Product Information, Pricing And Availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products, their specifications and their prices accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, packaging, weights, pricing or other content on this website are error-free, complete or current. Product images are for illustration and packaging may vary.
All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping charges and any applicable taxes or duties, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. Products are offered subject to availability, and we may limit order quantities or discontinue a product at any time.
Where a price-matching offer is advertised, it applies only on the terms stated in that offer and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a typographical, pricing or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at that price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been captured, we will issue a full refund.
5. Orders And Order Acceptance
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. The order confirmation email we send acknowledges that we received your order; it does not constitute acceptance of it. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the products to you.
We may refuse, limit or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where the product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud or unauthorised payment, where an error in price or product information has occurred, where quantity limits apply, or where we believe the order may breach these Terms or any applicable law. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
By submitting payment information you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method presented and that sufficient funds or credit are available. If a payment is declined, reversed or charged back, we may cancel your order and withhold or recover the products concerned.
7. Shipping And Delivery
Shipping methods, processing times, delivery estimates and charges are set out on our Shipping and Delivery page. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect or incomplete address details, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Because nitrous oxide products are classified as hazardous materials for transport purposes, some carriers, service levels and destinations may be unavailable. Certain states, cities or other jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the sale or possession of nitrous oxide products; it is your responsibility to ensure that receipt of your order is lawful at your delivery address, and we may cancel orders to restricted destinations.

8. Order Changes And Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@gassem.shop with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but orders are typically processed quickly and we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, please follow our Refund and Returns Policy instead.
We may cancel an order after purchase for the reasons described in Section 5. Where we cancel, we will notify you at the email address on the order and refund any amount already charged.
9. Returns And Refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged or incorrect items and refund timescales are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. For reasons of safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, damaged or tampered-with pressurised gas products except where they were faulty on arrival or where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Accounts
You may create an account to place orders and view your order history. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe has been used in breach of these Terms.
11. Acceptable Use Of This Website
You agree not to: use this website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms; misrepresent your age, identity or intended use of our products; resell our products in breach of Section 3; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or any connected system; introduce malware or any other harmful code; use automated means to scrape, copy or harvest content or data; interfere with the proper operation or security of the site; or infringe our rights or those of any third party.
12. Product Warnings And Regulatory Compliance
Nitrous oxide is supplied under pressure. Store products in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, flames and temperatures above 50°C / 122°F. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not puncture, incinerate or attempt to refill chargers or cylinders. Always follow the instructions supplied with your dispenser and with the product.

It is your responsibility to comply with all laws, regulations and ordinances applicable to the purchase, possession, storage, use and disposal of our products in your jurisdiction.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the GASSEM name and logo, text, graphics, product photography, page layouts, and their selection and arrangement — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and print content from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, frame, or create derivative works from any part of this site, or use our trademarks, without our prior written permission.
14. Third-Party Services And Links
This website relies on third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers and shipment-tracking providers, and may contain links to third-party websites. We accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage arising from the misuse of our products, including inhalation of nitrous oxide or any other use not intended by the manufacturer.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GASSEM and its officers, employees, agents and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product purchased from us, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in Section 1, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website and your purchases from it. You may not assign or transfer these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
