How long does shipping take?
Estimated Shipping Times
- Orders are shipped Monday – Saturday.
- Most orders are shipped the same day they are placed prior to 2pm ET cutoff. Orders received after 2pm ET will be shipped the next shipping day.
- Transit times do not include the day of pickup, weekends, or shipping holidays (which can be found on UPS or FedEx websites).
- If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within 1 business day, we will contact you with the cause of delay and provide shipping alternatives available to you.
Are UPS & FedEx the only shipping services available?
The majority of orders are shipping via UPS Ground and FedEx Ground from our US warehouses. In some cases, we may send your order via the US Postal Service if we determine that your order will arrive faster or the cost of shipping your order is substantially less with one of these providers. Orders sent to P.O. Boxes and APO address must ship via US Postal service. If there are any special instructions or requests regarding how we ship your order, please indicate this in the “Order instructions” field during checkout or simply contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
